Enrichment Funds: $250 Per Calendar Year
Ideal for activities or learning tools that your child’s foster family may not be able to provide. Think gymnastics or art classes, summer camp, swing sets, or technical devices. All CASAs with a Sussex County court case are encouraged to make a request for these funds. More than one request per year may be submitted if the total per child does not exceed $250. CASAs should request funds prior to making the purchase. This simple online request form is all you need to start the process. |

Birthday Gift Cards: $50 Per Calendar Year
Every CASA foster child in the Sussex court system is eligible for a $50 birthday gift card from Friends of Sussex CASA. This is in addition to the $250 per child per calendar year Gift Request. CASAs may choose to present a gift card directly to the child, or the CASA may shop with the gift card to purchase a gift for the child. Here's the simple online request form. |

Annual Luncheon to Honor Sussex CASAs
In October of each year, the FOSC luncheon provides a unique opportunity for CASAs throughout the county to meet and learn from each other in a relaxed social setting. In addition to enjoying a delicious lunch, CASAs receive training hours and thank you gifts for their participation. It’s a fun and worthwhile event. Look for details in your inbox in the summer. Consider Joining the FOSC Board
Are you passionate about the FOSC mission of enhancing the lives of Sussex county children experiencing foster care? Do you have experience with fundraising, grant writing, communications, and administration? Perhaps you have an extensive network of local businesses that you can tap for financial support.
